Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 8 CUPS PEACHES SLICED
- 1½ CUPS SUGAR
- 2 TABLE SP CORNSTARCH
- 1TSP CINNAMON
- 1 CUP WATER
- 3 TABLE SP MELTED BUTTER
- ¼ CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- 2¼ CUPS BISQUICK MIX
- 2/3 CUP MILK
Instructions
- BRING THE SUGAR,CORNSTARCH,CINNAMON AND WATER TO A BOIL. PUT INTO A 13X9 CAKE PAN WITH THE PEACHES. MIX MELTED BUTTER,BROWN SUGAR AND PECANS SET ASIDE. MIX BISQUICK AND MILK KNEAD GENTLE 10 TIMES, ROLL OUT TO A 13X9 RECTANGLE, SPREAD PECAN MIXTURE OVER THE DOUGH. ROLL UP AND CUT THE DOUGH INTO ½ - 1“ SLICES LAYING THEM OVER THE PEACH MIX. BAKE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30 MINS.

yEAH juST mAR HAS DEL MONTE CANNED PEACHES, I GOT 4 CANS HERE AT HOME FROM THEM
Rick looks good we will give it a try,love peach cobbler,Can you get peaches in calbyog I dont remember see them when we were last there.
Lita says that they have a lot of canned peaches at JustMar. I heard JustMar expanded their store, but still no a/c. I’ll probably check it out this afternoon and take updated pictures, if I remember to bring the camera.
