Valentine’s Day 2017

A Petron gas station in Catbalogan Proper. Gas prices: Diesel 38.14, Regular 44.62, Xra Unleaded 47.07 and Premium 47.88. Prices a/o 21 Aug 10. Remember these prices are per liter, not per gallon. Approximately 3 3/4 liters per gallon. Lady in foreground left is Robbie Apilado (holding her daughter Faye). Lady in foreground right is Jessybel Apilado (Neneng), one of the sweetest ladies on the entire planet.

The Jollibee figure out front is made out of hard plastic. The children like to talk to him, shake his hand and have their picture taken with him. See the sign in the background about the hot dog selling for 26 pesos? That’s about 58 cents.

Jollibee’s is a fast food restaurant basically like McDonald’s, but here they also serve spaghetti. Also Jollibee’s is more popular here than McDonald’s.
